So has the No Child Left Behind program been a rousing success in your state?

I would have to agree. So much of school seems to be focused on teaching children how to take the tests. My daughter is finishing first grade next month, won't start standardized tests for two more years, but I already see "teaching to the test."

It seems that the districts you would expect to perform well do and those that haven't been up to minimum levels still aren't.
