    Eroyalties System
    August 8, 2008: July Member Income Share and Advisor Income Share Bonus have both been deposited into your Earnings Summary balance.

    MPR/MPA has also been updated.

    If you earned a 10 for 10 bonus for July, those credits should be in your account.

    1. I'm having technical difficulties. How can I find out if something out of the ordinary is occuring with the Epinions system?
    2. I can't sign in because of 'cookie' problems.
    3. I can't do any of the following: register, sign in, rate products, trust or block other members, or see the spell check results.
    4. I can't sign in through my Web TV Plus account.
    5. I can't access Epinions.com.

    2. I can't sign in because of 'cookie' problems.
      In order for members to use the Epinions.com site, cookies must be turned on. To do this, consult the Cookies help documentation for your particular browser.

      All of these features require that you have Javascript enabled on your browser. If Javascript is not enabled, consult the documentation for your particular browser.

    4. I can't sign in through my Web TV Plus account.
      Epinions.com does not support Web TV at this time because Web TV has limited support for cookies.

    5. I can't access Epinions.com.
      If you are completely unable to access Epinions.com, it is likely that your browser version is too old. Epinions.com does not support any browser version below 4.0, e.g. Navigator 3.1, etc. The most common symptom of this problem is getting one of the following two errors in your browser:
    • Request header field is missing colon separator.
    • ;USPON=memberID
    • Bad Request
    • ; USPON=memberID
    To upgrade your browser we suggest downloading the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
