Crutchfield: Amazing Service... Not Such Amazing Prices

Crutchfield.com is one of the most popular websites on the internet to buy electronics. Many of my friends have purchased items from that site, and I once purchased speakers for my dad's car for him. After that, my parents continued to use the site. So, here's what I found with Crutchfield.
-Nice Big Selection-
*Crutchfield has a nice big section of inventory. You can find just about anything you need at Crutchfield. If you have any questions, you can always call them. If you're an audiophile, this is the place to be! However, many people that are usually try to find lower prices. But overall, you'll most likely be able to find what you need at the site. They carry very many name brands! Trust me, you won't be dissapointed!
-Ease Of Ordering-
*They accept major credit cards, and my parents had no problems ordering. The single time that I used it, I also didn't have problems. Then people that I know... They didn't have any problems either! I know people that have had problems with ordering things online, but not at Crutchfield!
-Customer Service-
*This is one thing that really makes Crutchfield what it is. My parents aren't so knowledgeable on electronics. They actually hate buying things online, but they trust Crutchfield. Crutchfield has very friendly staff that are willing to answer your questions. My dad called in a couple times to ask, and he said he got good straight forward information, and wasn't pressured to buy or anything. Also, Crutchfield offers a 30 day return policy, and they pay for return postage! If you ever receive a defective product... Not to worry! You can send it back. Many people fear buying things online because of the fear of having a defective product. At Crutchfield, it shouldn't be a big deal, they take anything back within 30 days! This can reallly aleviate many peoples' headaches, and take the fear out of shopping online!
-Everything Comes In On-Time!-
*When I bought car speakers from Crutchfield, they came on time as promised. Also, all the times that my family has used Crutchfield, everything came in on time. Yes, you do have to pay for shipping, but that really beats out paying sales tax. So anyhow, Crutchfield will ship you the products on time, no problems what-so-ever. Crutchfield offers many different shipping options through UPS, Priority, and FedEx. It's for you to decide when you want to get the product, and how much you're willing to pay for shipping.
-Only Concerns...-
*Crutchfield has a great selection, but many times, I have found that they have high prices. There are many sites that offer much lower prices than Crutchfield, but you really have to be careful. Some sites are absolutely horrible. Believe me, I know people that have had experiences with them! However, despite the prices, it doesn't make me knock off a star rating because the inventory selection still beats out many stores, and also shipping can be much less than sales tax! So in the long run, you can be saving money by using Crutchfield. However, you should research other websites that have lower prices... If they have high-ratings from consumers, you should go ahead and buy products from them.
-The Verdict-
*Even though Crutchfield may not always have the best prices, it does offer a great selection of products with the best service possible! Crutchfield is definitely a very secure place to buy electronics. If you're afraid of buying things off the internet, DON'T BE! Crutchfield offers a great return policy, so you won't have to get a headache from anything. Overall, Crutchfield proves itself to be a great site. But if you can find a better deal at another respected site, go for it! Most people that I know trust Crutchfield greatly, and through the service that they offered to my family, I can easily see why.
