I have always been satisfied with my experiences with Barnes & Noble, but I think they did something over the top recently. It's small...but I think very commendable! I had a $5 off email. I went ahead & ordered the items at 40% off (I compared prices with other stores) & free shipping, but forgot to enter my coupon code at checkout. I wasn't even going to do this because I was positive they wouldn't do it, but I emailed them & asked if I could still apply the coupon and they did! I have had a couple of bad experiences with online stores recently, so I want to make sure I promote the good ones along with warning people about the bad ones.
