I have frequently purchased books from this company and I have found them to be very good. They have significantly improved from a year ago when at that time I encountered frequent problems with their website and customer service. As of late, I have had no problems with their customer service or web site. The only problem I do frequently encounter is trying to receive out of date books. It can be quite difficult and not as easy as compared to a website such as Amazon.com. Otherwise there a good company that at times can be significantly cheaper than other companies on the web. It is definitely worth a look when ever you decide to make purchase of a book on the web.
