Amazon is the world's most popular online retailer and is currently also the second most visted site on the internet. It started off in America as an online book store, but has now expanded it's product ranges to include music, movies, and many other items.
I use Amazon because the navigation on the website is easy. Compared with the sites of its' competitors, I believe Amazon is extremely easy to navigate.
The wish list helps me send an email to my nearest and dearest. This lets them know that next time, they can buy me a present and look at the list online.
It is possible to track your order online and you are sent an email, when the goods are actually shipped. If I have a problem I email them. I am treated with great courtesy and after the wait for a reply to my emails, I found my situation dealt with imediately.
For each book which Amazon sells it is possible to see the cover. Their are helpful reviews from customers and this can influence your decison on buying the book. Normally, before I buy a book, I like to read a number of the reviews.
I feel secure filling in my credit card details online with Amazon. They have a secure server and I have never had a problem with them.
Amazon offers quality service and has an excellent range of products. The delivery times are fast and the overall impression given to the consumer is that they are dealing with a professional. I would recommend it to everyone.
