On Friday night, September 26 I ordered online a cooktop from Rainbow Appliance. It arrived via UPS on Wednesday, October 8. I consider this a fast response because of the weekend and size of the appliance.
Before selecting Rainbow I searched many vendors both online and in stores for this GE cooktop. I selected Rainbow not only because their price was low, but their shipping cost was very reasonable for this 30 plus pound product.
They did provide a shipping tracking number which was helpful because I needed to be present to sign for the delivery. UPS also called the day before to let me know it would be delivered the next day.
It arrived in excellent shape with all directions necessary to install it. As this is a glass product, I immediately checked to ensure it was in one piece. Not only was it properly packaged in its original shipping carton, Rainbow had further enclosed it in another box to offer more protection.
The only compliant I have and it is a small one, is that my credit card was charged a few days before the product was actually picked up for shipment.
I am pleased with the customer service I received from Rainbow Appliance and would recommend them to anyone.
