I placed an order on August 12, 2008. My credit card was charged on August 15, 2008 for the full amount of my order (three books totaling $348.00). Here it is August 22, 2008, and I STILL have not received my books. I've called, e-mailed, and done the live-chat help with them. I keep getting the same response from all of them. "Well, we see your order was placed on this day, your payment has been received, you should see your order shortly." AND, their call center sounds like it's in Mumbai. They seem completely unsympathetic that I NEED these books ASAP. And when I track my package (as of 5 minutes ago) all it reads is "Shipping Information has been received". Here is is a full TEN days after I placed the order, SEVEN days after they got my money, and NOTHING. I guess what upsets me the most is their complete lack of concern in my satisfaction. I would have cancelled my order with them long ago, except I was concerned with getting a refund in time to place an order with ANOTHER website. I just don't have that kind of money to be throwing around. Textbookx.com is terrible, I definitely DO NOT recommend them. They will not care if and when you are not satisfied, and will not attempt to make your experience any better. Thanks a lot, textbookx. I would definitely NOT recommend ordering anything through them.
