Any time I need to purchase anything, whether it be DVD's, books, or CD's, or anything else you could imagine, I turn to amazon.com. First of all, I get the widest range of products from them. I can search on just about anything, and if they don’t have it there, there is little need to bother checking at other sites.
Customer service is great, because there is more than one phone number to call. Many sites you have a hard time even finding one way to call the company, but with amazon, there are several numbers listed. I was calling them once, not because they sent me the wrong thing, but the price of one of their items had dropped, a week after i bought it. I alerted them of this, and immediately they offered to credit my visa card.
This service and support arguably could be better than a retail store. I would recommend buying form them any time you need more than one item. The shipping fee is usually an extra $4, and if you are buying multiple things, the convenience and lower price in general will mask this fee.
