I have been doing more and more shopping from Amazon, mostly because it is one of the best websites on the internet.
As you start to browse around, Amazon suggests other titles (or products) that you would be interested in which is extremely helpful for finding gifts (especially for yourself). Amazon lets you save possible purchases for later or items in a "Wish List" which allows you to make them future purchases when that tax refund comes in or let friends and family know what you want for Christmas. Almost every product has been rated by users, now that is customer feedback! I wish I had that when I run to the grocery store!
The best thing about Amazon is the service. The website is fast and handles customer information well. The site is built with the user in mind with intuitive navigation and ease of use. All prices and costs are stated clearly and the shipping is fast. Order tracking is easy and always available on the site. Returns are a cinch to make, and all helpful information is easy to find.
They are an amazing company! They have been helping the Red Cross by accepting donations from Amazon customers for last week's tragedy.
