If I am looking for a book and I don't want to drive that 47 miles into town, I buy at Barnes and Noble's online store. I occasionally get down to my hometown, Phoenix, and use the retail store as well, but you can't beat the online coupons! Every time I order a book, I get more coupons! I love it! I have 2 children and one on the way, so I am constantly buying children's books. I am also an avid Stephen King fan and purchase anything new he comes out with or replace my read to shreds books.
I occasionally have to wait longer than the specified time, but the customer service is usually up on this and they make it a little easier to deal with. I usually get the "if it's not there in another week, give us a call and we'll send it again" promise. Fine with me. Books are never an emergency in my life, I just like to have them. When my books arrive, they are always packed nicely and again, they always have a COUPON! (Sorry, I am a coupon freak... haha.)
The site is very easy to move around in. You can choose from a variety of things to find the book you are looking for including, author, title, keyword, and price. It's set up very nicely and navigates quickly. The prices are usually very good and again, with the coupon, you can't beat the price!
Okay, I'm going to take my coupons to Barnes and Noble now. Thanks for reading my review!
