Amazon.com is the best thing that has happened to my Christmas shopping in years. I have family in Colorado, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania, California and Alaska. Getting Christmas presents bought, wrapped and shipped was a nightmare... until I found Amazon.com about 3 years ago. The best feature of Amazon.com is the fact that my family members can make a wish list and I can buy items from that. My family members are actually getting presents they have picked out. No wasted money here! I can also have the presents wrapped and shipped - all in a few clicks of the keyboard and the comfort of home. Last year, all of my presents were bought on Amazon.com and it saved me time and energy like never before. The only problem I have had is the backorder process. A few of the items I bought for Christmas presents were backordered and never shipped. I then had to quickly replace items at the last minute, but it still beats shopping in the malls and waiting in line at the post office. Overall, my experiences with Amazon.com have been great.
