I have been shopping through Amazon.com for a number of years now and I have always been pleased with what I have found. My most recent "steal" was at their toy outlet which is run in conjunction with ToysRUs.com. I found hundreds of quality toys that were marked down to clearance prices. To sweeten the deal there was free shipping on all purchases from the toy outlet and I had a coupon. We received all, but one item within a week. The one item we did not receive with that shipment, we received a week later. It had been back ordered. Amazon.com was excellent in their communication with us. We received a confirmation e-mail for our purchase, an e-mail when the first items were sent, an e-mail alerting us to the back ordered item, and an e-mail letting us know when the last item was finally shipped. They also have a place on their site where you can track your order once you have placed it. You are free to cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. We were also pleased to see that they charge for each individual item as it is shipped, so you are not paying for an item that you may not get.
