Amazon a great online store with great selections!

Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop for dvds! They also sell a variety of many different products such as books, electronics and so much more. They also carry pet food, household cleaning supplies and so much more. I usually just shop for dvds because they have decent prices and a huge variety to choose from.
Amazon's Customer Service is excellent also and I have always received my products within 3-5 days of purchase, which is super fast! Amazon has low cost on dvds but sometimes you can find dvds cheaper on other websites or in the department stores but you have to sacrifice shipping time and great customer service also. They have a huge great selection of dvds and everything is always written in complete detail and you can always tell if you are ordering wide screen or full screen versions of dvds. Everything written out so nicely and the pictures are so bright and large, I have ordered dozens of dvds and have never made an ordering mistake so far.
You can go to www.dvdpricesearch.com and just type in the movie or dvd box sets you would like to purchase and it will pull up a list of different online stores with all of the prices for that particular dvd. This is a great way to save money!!!
So far I have never had a problem with Amazon's Customer Service department and their website is one of the easiest websites to navigate through. You can also read tons of ratings and reviews on different dvds, even movies that are not released yet and still at the box office. This is a great way to decide on rather purchasing a dvd or just renting it. When you place an order through Amazon's website they will immediately place a tracking number in your account and it will let you know when your item will ship. They will also send you two emails, one confirmation email and another one when your item ships out which is usually the very next day.
After your item has shipped you can track it through your account. They will update your account everyday from the date of purchase on their website and as it hits the city in which you live in and when the product is delivered it will state that on the website as well. Amazon's tracking system is one of the best that I have seen online and you will not have to worry about your dvds being lost in the mail or not delivered because it is all written out for you.
You can choose different shipping preferences when you are ready to check out, for a while now they have offered free standard shipping with any purchase of $25 or more!! I always choose the free shipping and receive my dvds in only a few days of purchase, just select free shipping at point of checkout. The checkout process is a breeze and if you ever enter a credit card number but than decide that you want to change to a different payment method or a different credit card it is simple to do. You don't have to start all over just to complete the order, you just go to "change payment method" and it is simple.
If you have not received the item that you purchased within the allowed time frame you can contact customer service through their toll free number or you can email them, which is quick and simple through your Amazon account. I have never had a problem with any products that I have ordered being late or lost in the mail!
