Amazon.com is my number one choice for online shopping. Not only can I read tons of great reviews on products and compare, but they also have some of the lowest prices online.
Customer service is excellent. If there is a delay or any other problems with your shipment, contact them. They will make it right! I've never had a problem receiving any of my items. I do wish they solely sold their items like back in the day, but to offer more selection they have different companies they partner with now.
Sometimes I use Amazon.com just to read reviews on products that I might want to buy - it is very helpful, almost as helpful as epinions!
*****UPDATE***** 3/02/2007: Amazon.com has once again proved their worth to me. I bought a defective Creative Zen Vision: M music player and it was completely non-working when I received it. I called up Amazon via their relatively new "call back" feature and I was connected to Miira P. She is overnighting me a new one (haven't received it yet though) and did not hesitate on it at all. This is superior in my opinion. What company sends you out a new one before sending the old one back?? A+++++++++++++++++++++++
