I have been a shopper at Amazon.com for the past 3 years or so. The shopping I do with them is amazing. I have saved anywhere from $2.00 per item all the way to $49.00 on an item I have purchased.
At Amazon.com I begin by searching the item I am looking for. It gives me instant results from my search and is accurate. Amazon.com also gives you a listing of multiple prices from stores and private sellers, along with feedback others have left when shopping for that item or others from the person or store. I always buy from the stores not private sellers but have never had any problems.
I have purchased everything from toys, items for my house, decor items, pet items and more. The best part is that through Amazon.com I have found many other stores that are just as great. Thanks to Amazon.com I have saved tons of money I would have had to spend for what I have purchased online.
Amazon.com is directly connected to ToysRUs.com as well so if you visit that site you can also visit Amazon.com at the very same time.
You can search for items and narrow down your results by prices high to low, low to high or best sellers. You can also search by age ranges, sales or clearance items from the direct page. There are simply endless options to the way you can find what you are looking for.
The customer service is great! I had a question about if a certain toy took batteries. It was not listed and I wanted to be sure to have them for the toy I bought so I emailed the customer service rep. from the link on the bottom of the page. With in about an hour and a half or so, I got a reply letting me know that it did not come with the batteries inside. This allowed me time to go out and get the batteries. If I had asked sooner I could have purchased batteries right from Amazon.com . That is what I have done ever since that day.
Buying from Amazon.com is made very easily. You choose the items you would like to buy. Add them to your cart. Even if they are from multiple stores linked to Amazon.com it still goes into the same cart. Next you use your Master card, Visa, American Express, Discover card, E-Check or other option to pay for your items. Each item has the estimated delivery date on it depending on the shipping option that you have chosen to use. Standard or express and what have you.
I have never waited longer than two weeks even when using standard shipping on my items. The fastest was 2 days from using the express which does cost a few dollars more. The shipping prices are average and vary by weight and size of packages.
Upon getting my items I have always gotten coupons inside. One coupon per package I have recieved. They are often for 5 percent or 10 percent off your total purchase from Amazon.com . Also some of the larger items or selected items qualify for free shipping too. That is a good thing to know when your trying to save some money. I can't begin to figure out the total of what I have saved since I began doing my shopping online at Amazon.com . They are a secure site and that makes it all the better to me.
One item I did have to return because it was a costume which ended up being a little too big for my daughter. I sent the item back and was given a replacment by express shipping free of charge to me. I count that as being a good experience and not a bad one. The size mistake was my own. I didn't read it well enough to see it said size 4 and not 4t. The costumes they have are great and dress up ones are adorable. I have not bought any items that I was unhappy with.
Amazon.com has made my shopping easy and fast start to finish. I have never shopped on a site that I enjoyed this much. And what do I do with the money I save? I buy more stuff! I highly recommend shopping at Amazon.com .
