I've been buying quite a few Gameboy Advance games lately and I feel like I've finally found a place that I am going to like for my game purchases.
BITS.com has good prices on the games, especially the Gameboy Games. I've only had the opportunity to order once but I was quite pleased with the overall ordering process and delivery.
I saved about 30% by ordering from them opposed to buying from Wal*Mart or Circuit City. I did pay $4.95 for shipping but they offer free shipping on orders over $1600.00. Sounds like a lot but if you can afford it and do order a lot, it saves you some money. That's a flat $4.95 shipping on everything except those items marked with the truck that is free. Free shipping is offered on other select products and any time you see a little red truck by the product, that will be how you will know. They offer Ground Shipping, 2nd-Day Air, and Overnight Delivery within the continental United States, with tracking by UPS tracking numbers. With regular ground shipping, you will get your order in 4-10 days. I got mine in 5. Not bad.
They offer a 30 day return policy with certain restrictions. Pretty much standard. I feel they allow you a bit longer than many online merchants. Such as those who want to give you two weeks (including shipping time!)
Site navigation is a breeze. It's fast, clean, and professional. The site is appealing to the eye and product is easy to find. They use top tabs and a sidebar and all the site policies are simple and direct. Your shopping cart, contact button and help button are located at the top right corner of the pages.
BITS.com has 5 departments. computer and hardware, software, learning and education, video games and consoles, and electronics. Doesn't sound like a lot but actually, they handle many, MANY brands. It IS a lot! There's about 250 brands to pick from. So, if you are looking from something in those 5 departments, the odds are nearly 100% you're going to find what you want. Within those 5 departments are loads of different types of products.

Once you places an order they ask that you allow 4 hours processing time. Once the order is processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. If memory serves me correctly, I got mine within an hour.
Overall, I really love BITS.com. My limited experience has been a good experience. Until I find otherwise, I highly recommend this online merchant. Check them out. I think feel you'll be glad you did.
