Terrible - never received books.

Ordered 2 books. First book was cancelled by seller (even though the website said it was in stock) within a few days. Second book was marked as shipped but I never received it. Contacted customer service through online chat several times and they told me to wait and that their records indicated it had shipped. Finally (after 1 month), they agreed I could cancel the order, which involved contacting the seller and asking him to approve the cancellation, then contacting Textbookx again to refund my purchase.
Terrible that you pay up front for a product that it never sent - at first I thought it was fraud, but after several months was reimbursed for both books. Since, with shipping charges, it is generally cheaper to buy all your books in the same place, they are deceitful in not telling you which are unavailable up front.
Will NEVER shop here again. Online chat is a nice feature but very slow (~1 hr/session).
