I buy a lot of books on line and for consistent availability and service, this site is hard to beat. The orders come when promised and in good condition.

I do get tired of receiving multiple emails from them about their specials, but it must work for them or they would stop doing it.

Their prices aren't the cheapest out their but they do make up for it with reliability. And you can get deals of clearance items and sometime new releases. I've never had a problem with an order so it's hard for me to judge how good they are at problem resolution.
