Amazon.com, in my own experiences, is a great place to shop.
My reasons are:
-fast shipping
-good customer service
-friendly e-mails
-great prices
-online
First let's start out with shipping. I have ordered many books from Amazon.com and when I do I get the tracking numbers to my package as soon as it's available, which usually takes about three days. With the numbers I can find out where my package is anytime. All of the books I have ordered from Amazon.com have come to my house within three weeks or less.
Good customer service. Amazon.com has great customer service. If I have a question I just e-mail them and they get back to me within two days (usually within one day). They send me back friendly e-mails and help as much as they can and as soon as they can.
Great prices. Amazon.com has the cheapest prices I have ever seen anywhere. Their shipping costs are good too. I have looked at my local stores and online for better prices on books. My local stores don't have better prices. And some online stores may have better prices for the book but their shipping costs make the overall price higher than that of Amazon.com's price which is no good.
The store is online. I don't know about you but I like shopping online. You can shop anytime you want, day or night. You don't have to waste gas money just to go to a local store and find out they don't have the book you are looking for. With Amazon.com being online you can check to see if there is the book you want and chances are they have it. Their selection is virtually unlimited.
I have only bought books from this particular store.
But, Amazon.com's selection is not just limited to books. It also carries electronics, toys and games, music, and videos.
