Excellent selection, but registration is quite a hassle. My grandfather attempted to purchase something from BN.com. I did my very best to assist him in the registration. Here is what happened to us:
My grandpa's email address and password had been valid for years, and the company registration page kept rejecting the VALID information. There must have been a glitch in the page, as we finally get through to the payment step of our purchase. The experience wasn't over yet. The company initially did not accept our credit card number or address code. Both have been correct for years! After we finally got through that, they asked for our security code, which we thought for sure was valid on the back of the credit card. It turned out that the company AGAIN rejected the information, stating, "Security code invalid or expired." Ridiculous! Other companies, such as Ebay, have accepted the code! This was the last straw and we both gave up. Unless you are 100% positive that your info is 200% correct, do not buy here.
The good side to Barnes & Noble is that their selection is good and you can review items quite easily.
