Service is good (99% of the time). Deliveries are always quick, merchandise is packed well so it arrives on one piece. Their $25 shopping without shipping charges is great! In addition, they are offering a $30 instant credit if you apply for their credit card plus 3% back....I got the card, the application process took less than 5 minutes and I saved nicely on an order.
This is one of the best sites for shopping.....selection is plentiful, prices are somewhat reasonable which is helped by the free shipping feature. Free shipping is for standard surface mail...merchandise arrives in about one week.
In addition, you can purchase "used" items which saves a lot of $$, plus being able to find some more esoteric items which is wonderful. However, I do have a problem going on right now (March 04) wherein the merchant sent an incorrect item. I've been waiting nearly a week to hear from this merchant about a credit or a replacement...this is not good. I will write Amazon (or my Amazon credit card) about this if I don't hear within another week from this bozo. I've done about 5 used purchases through Amazon...the service has always been great with the goods of high quality.
