Good prices, tricky shipping charges, bad customer service.

I was addicted to Amazon over christmas, got all my shopping done with it. However, their customer service department sucks. I really wouldn't shop with them again unless I was really desperate (I would shop amazon before walmart, though...). Delivery is usually right on, although it once took me over 4 weeks to receive a DVD that I had ordered, so that really irritated me. Also, I ordered a video game and they sent me the Gamecube version instead. Of course I was so excited to get it, cuz it was on backorder for 2 weeks, I started to open it right away, and realized that they had screwed up, I asked their customer service dept what to do about it, and they restated the federal copyright policy and their company policies to me. Didn't help out much, so I am saying that their customer service sucks, actually one of the worst I have ever delt with, and I work customer service in retail.
