I have been shopping regularly with B&N on-line now for a couple of years. I have never had any serious problems with them. Yes, a couple of times when ordering hard to find items there would be short delays. (A couple of weeks at most) But, as I said, this is very rare. Items are always as described, and arrive when expected almost always. I have had great experiences with their customer service. Send them a respectable E-mail, and they will send you one back. They also have an automated E-mail system that assists in explaining possible shipping delays, and has a link to track the packages on-line after they have left their location. I have shopped with them for a little over two years now, and will continue doing so in the future. Two thumbs up!
