I have had nothing but great experiences with Amazon.com. Any time that I have had a problem (say, a problem with using a coupon code with a discount, or found a lower price somewhere else), a cheerful Amazon.com Representative has gladly rectified the problem and made certain that I was more than happy with the end result. I've even been contacted after the fact, just to ensure my continued satisfaction!
My most recent purchase was a travel system (car seat, stroller, carrier) for my new nephew, and consequently, my brother. I was able to compare and contrast the opinions of mothers and fathers who had already used travel systems and choose the best option for my brother's new family. Nothing but the best would do for this purchase, so I made my choice carefully. Amazon.com made the decision making process fast and easy. I ended up choosing a travel system different than the one they'd requested and they protested, due to the substantial difference in price. (They didn't want me to spend so much.) What they didn't know is that Amazon.com was offering 20% off of all strollers AND a $40 discount on this particular stroller through my Gold Box deal! For the same price as the lesser quality travel system they'd initially requested, I was able to get them the Super-Fantastic system! It felt great to get them something so nice for the birth of their first baby and the helpful Representative at Amazon.com helped me use both the discount and the Gold Box deal to receive the astronomical savings.
This is just one example of the exemplary service I receive from Amazon.com on a regular basis.
By the way, I took my nephew for his first walk and his first drive in his travel system and, if I ever have children, I know it's the system I will request. I would never have known which travel system was better than another had it not been for the rating system at Amazon.com.
