The ordering process was fine. I took advantage of the free shipping (3-8 days delivery). My son had to have 1 of the books within the delivery timeframe, but I thought I had plenty of time. However, it took 3 weeks to receive the complete order, and I had to go buy the needed book locally, and then return one once the books arrived. Customer service was not concerned about the lengthy delivery time and blamed the postal service. The problem may well have been the postal service, but if what I experienced is the norm, then don't advertise 3-8 day delivery.
