My order was not shipped due to an error in entering my credit card - which was valid.

The order was a gift and missed an important event, despite my paying for second day delivery.

The telephone representative was not only unapologetic, but condescending.

Never order anything from them that you expect to get on time. I could have driven to another bookstore, bought the item and shipped it myself for less. Convenience is the service they were selling, and they did not deliver.
