Surfbest is one of the better low cost services.

Cons: Nothing if all you want is internet access.

The Bottom Line: Surfbest is a good low cost internet provider. They offer good support that i am impressed with .

I am affiliate of surbest for over 5 years now and i have many happy customers who use the service. All of them where tired of AOL and MSN and the high prices so they switched and have no complaints. Surfbest is the name but they also have surfgreat as the new website name.

Surfbest offers internet access in the USA and CANADA. They have thousands of dial up numbers so you should be able to find one close to home. They offer 2 options for internet access. One is a regular dial up at normal speed and the other is using new software that can speed your access up to 5 times faster than normal. They also offer website hosting and low cost domain names. Best of all no contracts you can cancel anytime if you want to.

The service is a no frills service you get online fast and reliable and and get free internet email. They have 24 hour email support. They try to get back to you in 30 minutes sometimes it takes longer but they will help you anyway they can. They just added the new patch and virus removal software for the worm that was taking over computers this week on the main website. They try to help members out and if there is a free download they will post it on their site so you stay ahead of the problems.

Overall they are very helpful compared to some internet providers. The company just stopped using cognigen as their affiliate . The 2 companies parted ways and now both are going head to head for customers. Surfbest is trying to make sure they have the best service and cognigen is trying to give people the best price and options for internet access. This will only help people out because the 2 companies competing will drive prices down and make them offer more for the money.

You can compare the 2 services on the sites below. Surfbest is $12.50 a month free email and great support i think they even offer a free website for members to use for what ever they want. No contracts just sign up and use service quit anytime if need be.

Cognigen offers internet access for $9.95 a month. Free spam and virus filter. Parental controls and answer phone calls while online. They use the new modem that allows faster speed and to answer calls. They also offer no contract but give better rates if you prepay for the service.

Either one is better than paying the high prices for AOL or MSN. The internet providers use most of the same suppliers . Most people do not know that internet access is sold to the main companies like AOL and MSN even the sufbest and cognigen sites. They are just adding the billing and website you start off with. They charge different rates and you are useing the same service
providers in most cases.

Like i said i am now affiliate for both sites have been for over 5 years and have many customers who are very pleased with both services. Is it really worth double the price just to log into AOL or MSN website. Not in my opinion. Even if you don't use either one of the 2 sites above internet access will continue to be improved by competition and that means one thing. Better prices and service for us all.

In closeing remeber this AOl is losing over 1 million subscribers a year . I know alot of people have switched to dsl and the sites above have that also. But not that many people upgraded most found out you can do all the same things for half the cost . Just take your time and look over the services. You will see advantages to each one.
