Bad service and they make you wait too long for delivery.

I went on the Hoover web site and they directed me to amazon.com to purchase the vaccuum. It was very easy to order the item. After I submitted the order, I received an invoice. It was marked up for express shipping. I was offered free standard shipping. I changed the shipping preference and submitted the order. That is when I received the message that the order was not in stock and they gave me an estimated delivery date. It is now 3 weeks later and it is still not shipped yet and there is no one to call to complain. I wish I never used amazon.com. THEY STINK!!!! I buy lots of goods on-line and get prompt and high quality service. I wouldnt spend another penny with this outfit!
