Pros: Free internet access and email.
Cons: Pop up ads and banner to slow you down. 10 hours a service each month.
The Bottom Line: If you want free internet accesss and email this is one of the few left. If you want to surf the internet look at the other providers.

NETZERO is the only true free internet access left.
It was easy to set up and very easy to use. The access to get online is good. You can turn off the modem sound when dialing i really like that. They have many phone numbers to choose from and free email on the internet. They give you 10 hours for free each month and stop your connection when you go over that.
Now the bad part of this service. First the banner ad on top of page takes up alot of your monitor. This banner slows down connection speed and loading of websites. They offer you faster speed if you buy the new high speed service but i don't think it is a deal at all. They are only giveing you the speed you should have in the first place for the extra money. They also have the basic service for $9.99 a month and high speed is $14.99 a month. Net zero and juno are the same company now. They do one thing besides slow down connection speed that drives me nuts. They send email advertisements to your email and pop up ads when your on line.
I switched to cognigen internet for $9.95 a month and now have faster internet speed and no banner or pop up ads. Well worth the money and faster than netzero and junos regular service for the same price. They also let you answer phone calls online and have parental controls and spam and virus protection. Final thought . Free yes it is. Fast no and pop ups all over with the banner slowing you down. When they started free service it was great now they try to make you buy the high speed service to get it to work faster. If you only need a free email addresss and very little time online then this is fine but don't think you will get much done it is so slow that it is painful. One more thing if you need any help they charge you for it and it is not cheap.
The paid service is fine for $9.95. They also offer a high speed dial up service for $14.95. I would take a look at the review on COGNIGEN INTERNET ACCESS below they offer high speed dial up that you can answer phone calls while online for $9.95
