I bought a WD My Book 2 years ago and it is still operating in a flawless manner.
I would trust their products with no questions asked.
I got a "Deal" at Best Buy but I would have paid more once I fully understood the value of the product.
The "Portability" factor is a secondary concideration but I have come to love it.
It is a true Plug & Play device with an outstanding overall user-friendliness.
The storage capacity is amazing and the Defrags are as quick as with my internal drive.
I have no negative issues with My Book...it has proven to be a reliable friend.
I am not sure what I did before I got it.
It truly was one of my very best buying choices.

I just wish they made a Pickup Truck.
