I ordered five tubes of toothpaste. One tube arrived sealed in its box; however, the cap was missing and the tube dried out. I have not yet contacted the shipper as I was waiting for this survey to arrive.

was charged twice. i called the number and was told the extra payment would be refunded but it hasn't happened yet. I'm disappointed that you seem to have outsourced your customer service to ?India...it was hard to understand the lady on the phone and the phone reception was poor.

It took long time to process the order. I don't know whenever my package will be delivered. I'm going to travel soon, but the tracking status still be schedule delivery on Jan-08 while my order was placed on Dec 17.
