This is the second time I"ve tried ordering from them that the payment was made (through Paypal thank goodness) and we were waiting for the product to come and days later, they informed us they didn't have it. They should be able to let you know before you place your order if the item is in stobk or not.

The order was delivered BEFORE it was expected. Very fast and easy. My only complaint is that there was no invoice included in the mailing accompanying the order, and the bottles of soap were loose - - the dispensers were not taped shut. As a result, soap leaked throughout the box. This oversight was very inconvenient. Otherwise, very satisfactory with the quick and accurate order, as well as the price which was competitive.
