I ordered 6/30. Received order 07/10. Have been trying since then to get it right. One thing they shipped was the wrong item -- and was the reason I had ordered from them originally. Their picture and image and description on the website, and the invoice, was what I wanted. What they put in the box was NOT!. Another item was missing entirely. Packaging was bad.
Worse, the day I called to talk to them about fixing the order, I did get through to a "supervisor" at first. Since then he has either been "unavailable" or "in a meeting." His name is PAWAN and apparently, he is the ONLY person in the Americarx.com universe who can practice customer service...despite their claim when you're on hold that customer service is their priority.
UPDATE: To be fair, I need to add: They actually shipped correct item to replace the one that was incorrect and I received it quickly. Still can't get an answer about the missing item. Still wouldn't change any ratings.
There are a lot of online drugstores out there -- use any one of them except this one. AmericaRX shipped me ~$80 of the wrong product, and 6 months later I'm still working with the Better Business Bureau to get a waybill shipped to me so that I can send the product back for a refund. AmericaRX's customer service is a disgrace.
Don't be fooled by this company they are the same as myotcstore and are terrible. Slow shipping and charged me for UPS shipping, but sent it first class. Overcharged for shipping and won't refund my card. Will never buy from again.

Update 12/29/06: I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau on 10/25 and received follow-up email today. AmericaRx failed to respond to phone calls as well as written correspondence (2 letters). The BBB wrote "Please be advised that this firms failure to respond to your complaint will be reflected in its BBB record. Accordingly, we will report that this firm has an unanswered complaint to consumers, businesses, banks, government officials, and members of the press who inquire about them. In addition, firms failing to answer even one such complaint will generally receive an unsatisfactory rating, the Bureaus lowest mark. Your experience may, therefore, alert other consumers seeking information through the BBB." I certainly hope this will help. After all, seventy-eight dollars for three pairs of socks is excessive any way you look at it.
I experienced the same problem as other reviewers. In my case, I ordered 7 items and received only 3. I, too, was informed by customer service that my order was shipped in full and that I was trying to get extra items. Original order placed 7/10/2006 and still no product or refund as of 9/10. Save yourself the frustration ... shop somewhere else!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with this company. I placed an order on 7/11 and the computer is still showing ready to ship on 7/19. Of course, they were able to BILL MY CREDIT CARD THE SAME DAY! I cannot even get through on the phone lines (always busy) and the two e-mails I sent have been completely ignored. Please do not give these people the opportunity to CHEAT anyone else!
Promised free shipping with purchase of six items. When the order was complete, I was charged $10+ for shipping. I tried and tried to get someone to respond in regard to the excess charge, but could never get someone to respond to me. Also, when the order was received, it was short one item. I don't believe this company has anyone responding to customers questions or complaints.

My shopping experience with America RX was/is horrible. I will never deal with this company again. Did not receive what I ordered. Finally was able to contact a representative who informed me that they will credit my return shipping costs once they receive the returned items. No credit was given. I included in the returned shipment that I was sent an incorrect order and to send me the correct items I ordered. I specified product name and number, and, well guess what, I got the incorrect order again, in fact, it was the same thing they sent the first time. Reaching them by phone is almost impossible and quite obviously does not help to resolve the problem. I see they are on Ebay and when I reviewed the negatives about this company, so much of what they had issues about were exactly what I have been dealing with. This company should be put out of business. They cannot be trusted. I highly recommend that you do not buy from this company.
This was my first experience with AmericaRx.com. I could not be more satisfied. Hopefully, this will not be my last purchase.

I shop here because they have the products I need. But their website and tracking has been poor. I get emails saying I will get an email when the package ships, but I don't get an email.
