Pros: Great seats, 32/34 mpg on highway, 28/30 city, bluetooth, Intelligent Key, back seat room. Cons: Brake pedal is a bit close to gas pedal for me. The Bottom Line: Great small car that feels bigger. Excellent gas mileage, comfortable seats, and safe.
We recently traded our Rav4 which we loved, for our 2008 Sentra 2.0S. Got the paint and fabric protection and extended warranty for the added benefits while traveling. On a recent trip to the Maine coast we got 32 mpg, and I'm confident if we tried to ...

Pros: Spacious feel and roominess, terrific storage spaces, versatility, mileage, luxury, road handling, keyless entry, Cons: Headrests, short armrest, Bluetooth privacy, scuffs, field of vision. The Bottom Line: Love the car. Lots of room for passengers and storage, quiet, good road hug, great mileage, many luxuries for small, economy car!
After weeks of agonizing and researching, I finally came to a decision on a car and made my purchase!! I bought a Nissan Sentra. It is a wonderful little car! I tried just about everything with four wheels in that price range, and, for the money, I ...

Pros: Roomy interior & trunk space; Nice stereo display; Smooth ride; Great gas mileage. Cons: Bulky sun visor; Poor sound proofing; Cumbersome trunk door; Open glove compartment door hit legs. The Bottom Line: Nice styling, great handling, gas sipping & quite affordable Sentra with few minor annoyances that you can live with.
I bought this vehicle at end of September 2007. This is a good gas mileage car that offers comfortable ride. The steering is a bit stiff. The CVT transmission makes the ride smooth but I get the drag feeling too as if the hand brake is slightly ...

Pros: Transmission and ride are as smooth as butter! Cons: Not a lot of creature comforts - but it IS a base model. The Bottom Line: I would recommend that this car be in the mix if you are looking for an entry-level ride.
I have had my Sentra for about 7 weeks now and I love it! I was faced with having to downsize my daily transportation, and I hated having to give up my Maxima. I needed better gas mileage and lower monthly payments. So, I figured since I loved my ...

Pros: Design, interior, CVT transmission, sound system Cons: Nothing as of yet.
I purchased this car 3 weeks ago after previously owning 2 other Sentras. The first was a '93 which had 160,000 miles before I passed it down to a cousin (still in great condition). The second was a '95, also in great condition, that I unfortunately rolled down a hill. This car is no exception to what I have seen with my past two. When I was first shown the car I insisted that it wasn't a Sentra. With a brand new body style it is sleek and sporty. Its CVT transmission takes some getting used to but is incredibly smooth! Suspension is better than past models but still a little rough. Sound system is great! Amazing gas mileage! I have 950 miles on it and am getting 30mpg already. This car has so much more to offer than similarly categorized vehicles for less money! I love it!

Pros: Styling, CVT, 2.0L power. Roomy interior, allow wheels on SL model. Cons: Positioned just above the Versa, Nissan makes it difficult to decide between the two cars.
We have purchased 3 new Sentras over the years, an '83, a '90, and an '07. The new model Sentra is larger and much better looking than the previous models. The 2.0L engine is solid. The CVT transmission is a wonderful invention. Our gas mileage is far greater than the EPA listing. We are consistently getting 36 to 38 on trips. The CVT makes for better city driving mileage, too (in our experience). Our model is the higher-end SL. The sticker price is well within the Altima range, but generous rebates from Nissan and the dealer bring the car back down to other Sentra sticker prices.
