2008 Hyundai Accent

Pros: Super gas mileage, safety features, 10yr/100,000 mile factory warranty, low initial cost.
Cons: Comfortable enough for basic transportation, not for the highway.

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent GS in March of this year as a replacement for my 18 year old Japanese SUV. It was time to spend large sums of cash or trade up. I made the choice after one year of research. I have over 4,000 miles on the Hyundai and could not be happier. I drive about 65 miles per day to work and back and this is essentially why I use this car, although we have two others. My mileage ranges from 34-40 mpg, with the higher mileage returned without using A/C.
This vehicle drives like a much larger car, is very solid and easy to drive. And you should see me smile at the gas pump. Oh, and it has airbags everywhere.
